Constipation:
- Soak 2-3 fig in warm water for an hour and eat it with a cup of warm water before going to sleep.
- Soak dried black raisins in water overnight. Remove the seeds and prepare fine paste in the same water, prepare juice, and drink it in the morning.
- Take a spoon of castor oil in warm water before going to sleep.
- A spoon full of Mindhiaval (Sena Leaves) powder with ginger powder may be taken with warm water or milk before going to sleep.
- Isabgol (Psyllium husk) may be taken with warm water or milk before going to sleep.
- Drink a glass of warm water after adding lemon juice early in the morning.
- Tomato soup or juice is helpful in treating constipation.
- Eating raw apples and oranges or drinking orange juice at night is helpful in removing constipation.
- Ripe bananas may be added to your dinner dish.
- Adding rose petals in your dishes or taking Gulkand with milk at night helps to remove constipation.
- A spoonful of Trifala (Haritaki+Bibhitaki+Haritaki) powder or Harde (Haritaki) powder may be taken in warm water.
- Soak 2-3 Dates in water at night and eat it the next morning.
- Add guava, raw onion, palak and coconut water to your regular diet.
