Constipation:

  1. Soak 2-3 fig in warm water for an hour and eat it with a cup of warm water before going to sleep.
  2. Soak dried black raisins in water overnight. Remove the seeds and prepare fine paste in the same water, prepare juice, and drink it in the morning.
  3. Take a spoon of castor oil in warm water before going to sleep.
  4. A spoon full of Mindhiaval (Sena Leaves) powder with ginger powder may be taken with warm water or milk before going to sleep.
  5. Isabgol (Psyllium husk) may be taken with warm water or milk before going to sleep.
  6. Drink a glass of warm water after adding lemon juice early in the morning.
  7. Tomato soup or juice is helpful in treating constipation.
  8. Eating raw apples and oranges or drinking orange juice at night is helpful in removing constipation.
  9. Ripe bananas may be added to your dinner dish.
  10. Adding rose petals in your dishes or taking Gulkand with milk at night helps to remove constipation.
  11. A spoonful of Trifala (Haritaki+Bibhitaki+Haritaki) powder or Harde (Haritaki) powder may be taken in warm water.
  12. Soak 2-3 Dates in water at night and eat it the next morning.
  13. Add guava, raw onion, palak and coconut water to your regular diet.
